We do it all, including listings, professional photography, bookings, deposit and fee management, income and fee accounting, cleaning, maintenance, appearance, key and access management, guest relations, troubleshooting, and more. All deposits are held in escrow accounts and dispersed according to all laws and best accounting practices. Depending on the client’s needs, we can even make sure the property taxes and insurance bills are paid. We respond to Home Owner Association complaints and queries, deal with parking, noise, or trash issues and more on your behalf.
For the guests who rent from our clients, we are a wealth of information on the local area, including activities, restaurants, beaches, and more. We are proud of everything the Charleston area has to offer and we love to share tips and suggestions to make a visit to the Lowcountry extra-special.
From the time we take over management of your income-producing property, you can rest assured that we have it handled. No headaches or stress when we are on the job. We meet one-on-one with you as many times as necessary to make your comfortable with our ability to treat your property like it’s our own. We keep you informed without burdening you. Once a month, you will receive a detailed statement of activity which includes personal notes and observations. We help maintain vacant homes while the owners are away, either on an extended vacation or snowbirds. Depending on the client’s desires, we do regular check-ups on the property, pay the utility bills, keep the grass mowed, arrange for routine maintenance and upkeep, or even manage a short-term tenant.
